Availability and Prices

Availability

Weekly bookings run Friday to Friday. Out of season short breaks may be available during November, December, January, February and March, except half term week, Christmas and New Year. Different arrival/departure dates may be possible by arrangement.

Booking Information

1. Please check for Availability above.

2. Please contact us for further information or to make a booking.

3. Once you have spoken with us or had an email from us confirming the availability and that we have made a provisional booking for you, please send a £100 deposit to secure the reservation, along with a completed Booking Form (pdf file). You can pay by cheque.

4. Please read Booking Conditions (see below).

5. Once your deposit and booking details have been received we will post confirmation of the booking and a receipt.

Booking Conditions - Please retain for information

1. DEPOSITS

£100 non returnable deposit per cottage per week is required within 7 days of provisional booking. We advise that guests take out holiday insurance at the time of booking.

2. BALANCES

The balance is due one full month before the arrival date.

3. CANCELLATIONS

In the event of a cancellation we cannot in any circumstances return the deposit but if we manage to relet the cottage we will return any balance already paid. We strongly advise that guests take out holiday insurance.

4. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

FRIDAY - FRIDAY: Arrival is welcomed after 4pm and departure requested by 10am.

5. BEDLINEN

Bedlinen and towels are provided.

6. CLEANING

Ecological cleaning materials are provided so that guests can leave the cottage as clean as they find it. (We reserve the right to charge guests for extra cleaning should the cottage require it on departure).

7. PETS

One dog is permitted by arrangement, and on the understanding that they do not get onto furniture, and are not left unattended in the cottage at any time, are wormed and treated for fleas before arrival, and are walked on a lead at all times (because we are an organic stock farm). Pet owners must ensure that they clean up after their pet around the house. There is a £10 charge for a dog.

8. PAYMENTS

Please make cheques payable to Mr & Mrs Charlton.

9. SMOKING

Sithean is NON-SMOKING.
